htmh s2e02 Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout & Jeremy Brooks
This week we welcome Jeremy Brooks, to the listener guest host chair to fill in for Opera Singing Rob aka Happy Time. Jeremy and Keith learn quite a bit about Anderson Valley California, their traditions, their local fauna, and of course their really great Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout.
A couple of notes, I did figure out that the Guiness light advertisement that we talked about wasn’t really a new retro style ad, it was an old ad, and so apparently Jeremy and I were right in thinking a light stout isn’t a good idea. But I din’t figure out my mistake until after we recorded, whoops. My bad. I’ll issue a formal correction next week.
Also we had a bit of static on the line with Jeremy that I didn’t notice until after we recorded the show for some reason. I did my best to minimize it in post but I apologize for the lower quality in this week’s show. Again my mistake I should have caught it in the pre-show. :(
