One of my favorite beers of all time… Big, Bold, Complex, and Cherry. Can’t beat it. —Keith beerbeer: tsunamis:rewbog: I’m not a huge lambic fan, but when lambics are blended with another type of brew I find them incredibly complex and interesting.  This is a fantastic beer, yet I rarely have it because I find Collaboration Not Litigation to be similar and even more complex—every sip is a different blend, a different taste, just absolutely incredible.
