Second Beer of Christmas peak organic Winter Session.
Not bad but not great, a confused amber malty winter brew but with a strong hop finish. Despite @trillian1117 claiming it tastes like pee, the hops add a sweet tangerine citrus flavor that actually works well in this seasonal brew, but it was too much for what I think of as a winter brew, and not enough for a big hoppy amber.
The 5% ABV makes this one a bit more drinkable than last nights brew however, I’d personally rather have the Samichlaus as a winter treat than this.
