Spicy Cream Ale Burgers

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Genesee Cream Ale

Mix onions, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper into ground beef and form into 6 patties.

With the back of a teaspoon, make a well in the center of each patty and place them on the grill.

Fill each indentation with Genesee Cream Ale.

When the Cream Ale has been absorbed into the meat, turn the patties and repeat on the other side.

Serve on a grilled roll with sliced onion, tomato, and pickle.
